Wheel-based tools retain up to the latest 100 completed winners. Team and Group Picker store participants, settings and the latest valid grouping rather than a permanent history of every grouping. Other picker tools have their own result and history behavior.
Browser Local Storage
This saved tool state uses browser-local storage associated with the same browser, device and site origin. The tools do not provide account or cloud sync for saved tool state, and your entries, names and results are not sent to our server. Browser restrictions, clearing site data or unavailable storage can prevent persistence. When storage is unavailable, changes can remain usable for the current page session. This describes tool persistence, not all website or hosting data processing.

Wheel history is limited to the latest 100 completed winners. A tool’s Reset restores its starter entries and settings and clears its supported current history or result; it does not recover your original custom list. Server logs are kept by the hosting service under its own retention schedule, and analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in the analytics account.
